Dallas City Council recently moved forward a project that will reshape a large swath of Lemmon Avenue. A multi-level apartment building will replace several fragmented retails buildings between Throckmorton and Reagan streets. The property is closed in by Bowser Avenue, along which there will be constructed a community-facing pocket park. Fort Worth-based developer Trademark Property Co., which has a Dallas office, is leading the effort aiming for more pedestrian traffic through the highly trafficked corridor.
