Dive Brief:
The 128-key Park City Peaks Hotel in Park City, Utah, will join Marriott International’s boutique Tribute Portfolio collection after a $21 million renovation, Marriott announced Monday.
Lodging Dynamics, the property’s management company, plans to complete the revamp in October, at which time the property will be rebranded to Hotel Thaynes, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel.
Hotel Thaynes’ conversion is one of several hotel projects announced in the Utah ski destination in recent months, including the forthcoming Hilton and Four Seasons properties at Park City’s Deer Valley Resort.
