Appellation, the culinary-first hospitality brand founded by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer and luxury hospitality veteran Christopher Hunsberger, has announced it will open AMEYALLI Park City by Appellation in 2026.

Located within the AMEYALLI wellness community in Park City, Utah, the new 80-key luxury resort will span 78 acres and be home to 28 naturally occurring hot springs.

It will be home to signature Charlie Palmer dining experiences alongside a Wellbeing Center with an expansive spa, luxury pool, and additional farm-to-table restaurant.
