Redmond is set to welcome a new multifamily development near the Overlake Village Station, with Bellevue-based American Capital Group (ACG) leading the project. ACG has proposed a 641-unit apartment complex on a 5.3-acre site currently occupied by an office building owned by Microsoft. The location at 3050 152nd Ave. N.E., adjacent to the light-rail station, offers prime connectivity thanks to its proximity to State Route 520 and a pedestrian bridge linking Microsoft’s West Campus.
