High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, and capital partner MetLife Investment Management, have broken ground on a 244-unit residential community in Seattle. The seven-story, transit-oriented development, located in Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood, is the company’s second residential project in the area after delivering Corner 63 late last year. The project is expected to be completed in Q4 2026.

Located at 6716 Roosevelt Way NE, on the south side of NE 68th St between Roosevelt Way NE and 12th Ave. NE in Northeast Seattle, the project will span the entire length of the block and include a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Every unit will have air conditioning, a unique feature among multifamily projects in the Roosevelt neighborhood. Residents will have access to an expansive amenity package, including a two-story co-working space, a rooftop clubroom with indoor and outdoor spaces with views of Mount Rainier, a fitness center, and ground-floor retail along Roosevelt Way NE.
