Affiliates of Avenue 55 and Columbia Pacific Advisors have obtained $40 mil in financing for Track6, a recently built 210.8k sf advanced manufacturing / research & development (R&D) facility located in the SoDo submarket of Seattle. The four-story building is currently 28% occupied by three tenants plus there are two LOIs currently being negotiated for additional space.
