Arlo Hotels has announced it will open Arlo Washington DC on November 18, 2024. The 445-room site will mark Arlo Hotels’ first property in the D.C. market and its seventh in the U.S. overall.

The hotel sits where The Harrison Apartments, the city’s oldest-known surviving conventional apartment complex, once stood, with Arlo Hotels having led the complete restoration and preservation of the building.
